Vacation rentals with a patio in Gafanha da Boa Hora

Great apartment equipped with everything you need. Small welcome greeting with water and small cakes. There was even a squeeze for our daughter. Great and nice communication with Rita. We would come back.

Cute little cottage. Location was awesome, 2 minutes from the beach but also not directly on the beach so it was nice and quiet. Cleanliness was good. Parking is possible right outside the door in a huge parking lot. But it may also be full in the high season. He was very empty with us. In September, there were a lot of bars, etc. Which was a bit unfortunate but also understandable. Beach was very clean and completely empty. For the essentials there are two small supermarkets. But we drove to Tocha for shopping. We had little contact with Catia. But when we wrote, she responded within a minute. Overall, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back ;)

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

Once there you never want to leave. Wonderfully decorated, big bright apartment, you are on the 4th floor so you have unrestricted views of the promenade, the port and waves of the Atlantic! The sun pours into every room, and the 2 added terraces are perfect for a early morning cup of coffee or a late evening glass of Port🍷Hope to return for a longer stay !

If you are lucky enough to stay here…. You are lucky enough! Best location! Go to Picota restaurant a few doors away, you will NOT be disappointed ! True family run Portuguese restaurant! Fabulous food, friendly service, dessert is homemade and not be skipped!

We had a very good time, the house has everything we need to spend a beautiful time, very comfortable and cozy If you want to leave the car at home and enjoy a beautiful view of the small lake, the cafe is a 10-minute walk away. Ines is a wonderful person and excellent communicator that responds quickly. She met us upon arrival to show us around and was so thoughtful to leave us fresh fruit and snacks. She also has a vast knowledge of local places to visit, the Portuguese culture, driving tips, restaurants and more. The home was perfect for the 3 of us. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The home is cozy with a working fireplace, a back yard to bask in the sun, great WiFi, and heaters for comfort as needed. Numerous restaurants, local convenience shops, cafes and a cool mall (Vida Ovar) within 10 to 20 min driving. Definitely recommend having a car to explore. I highly recommend her home for a wonderful visit.

I felt at my own home. The hosts were super friendly and reachable, really present when needed and helpful. The house is beautiful and clean, ample, functional, and peaceful at night. I hadn’t been before in so complete place at airbnb specially due to the wonderful matching hosts and house.

My family very much enjoyed this unique and calm location in a refurbished mill house. There is a boardwalk across the road that brings you to the village. David was responsive and helpful. Would gladly return.

I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

Gracinda was a super host. We very much enjoyed our stay. she always responded right away when there was something and checked regularly how it went. perfect! :)

Very authentic in a quite location. Lovely teraces

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Excellent! A very nice place to go on vacation. The house is beautiful , with everything we need to spend a few weeks on vacation . The view we have of the Ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive . I highly recommend it.

Apartment with a very quiet location. Very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing as a family. Sea views from the house and very close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Afonso and Luis, the hosts are very friendly and willing. 100% recommended!

Marina was very attentive, she let us leave later to take advantage of a morning on the beach. In addition to leaving us beautiful natural flowers and a couple of bottles of water. Everything was really great. It had very complete kitchenware for a family of 4/5 people; and even oil, vinegar and salt, although we didn't use it, but it's appreciated that they have it. Thank you very much.

Rui was a very attentive host and always responded quickly. Communication was always exemplary. The accommodation matched the description and the previous comments (kitchen equipment really had the essentials). I felt comfortable, even though the walls were very thin and you could always hear the neighbors.

It was really great in the apartment. The apartment is much nicer and much bigger than in the pictures. Everything worked great and it was quiet in the area. It was worth the time and money. Regards, Domi
