Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 01. travnja do 01. studenog. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Potpuno opremljena kuća sa svim potrebnim detaljima za duži ili kraći boravak. EV friendly (Charging price 0,15 euro/kw). Dobrodošli.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

It is great option for family vacation. Outdoor pool is located in natural environment. Beautiful waterfalls Rastoke are only 1.5km away and National Park Plitvice lakes are 25km away. Apartment is on the second floor and we are living down stairs. You have your entrance from outside with stairs.
