Beautiful, freshly renovated apartment in a very green environment. Spacious living-dining area with a dining table and a comfortable couch for cozy get-togethers. One bedroom features a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Around the corner you will find an organic supermarket and about 5 minutes by foot there are two big supermarkets („Spar“ & „Hofer“). Public swimming pool „Hadersdorf-Weidlingauer Bad“ 130m away. This beautiful, bright, spacious and newly renovated apartment will make your Vienna experiance unique. The U4-Subway-station "Untere St. Veit" is just a 5 min walk from the apartment and the U4 gets you within 15 min to the city center "Karls Platz - Opera" and to the Palais "Schönbrunn" in less then 5 min. The Tram "52" station "Gruschaplatz" is right in-front of the building and it gets you to the famous shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse" in less than 15 min.

The historic family house, built in 1684, is partially obscured by golden autumn leaves from a nearby tree. The warm yellow exterior features multiple windows and a gravel driveway, illuminated by natural light, creating a welcoming view. The surrounding area is peaceful and inviting.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Nature & city - on the edge of the Vienna Woods

We had a two-day stopover in Vienna. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations. There were two of us traveling by bike and we found everything we needed to be happy. Key handover was smooth and with safe no problem and above all we were super flexible in time. Amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Since we belong more to the nature faction, the accommodation was perfectly located on the outskirts of the city. We were not able to try out all the descriptions of the leisure activities due to the shortness of the stay. Christian's instructions are nicely summarized in a folder. The apartment is super big for two people (room for one more would also be), we felt transported back to the living room of the in-laws :). We will gladly recommend the accommodation and Christian as a host.

Big house & lovely view

Petra was a great host and was always a phone call away for our needs. The house is quite big for a family of 5. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from Vienna. The public transportation options were just a short drive away. The house also had quite a few toys for the kid to play with. There was a big garden as well in case someone prefers outdoor setting. Overall, it had the necessary amenities and the state was fairly clean. The washrooms were newly renovated and had the basic toiletries. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking meals. However, we wish to point out that there are stairs within the house, so this is something to keep in mind if you have elderly in your group. Otherwise it’s a great option for people to have a base in close proximity to Vienna.

A keypad entry system is mounted on a textured wall, featuring a black panel with white numeric buttons. An illuminated indicator light is present, signaling readiness for use.

New modern Home at Viennas Woods

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!
