A fantastic location with proximity to grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Soccer field, cinema, outdoor gym, Church, boule court, paddle court/mingling golf with restaurant is also available on the island. Open-plan with a cozy fireplace and large projector+TV. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Little house near the sea- Vätö

Sit back and relax in this nice & charming backfall house. About 400 m to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here you like nature, you like nature,walking & just being . In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Newly built log house with sea view

With extensive forest behind the house, and the view of a bay of the Baltic Sea in front, the reaction of visitors usually becomes that this place provides a peace and harmony. The house was built in dalatimmer 2022 in traditional style but with all modern amenities, for year-round use. Outside high season is often seen wild as deer, hare and fox on the grounds. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje, nice hiking trails.

Close to water and walking paths is this newly built cottage of 30 sqm. The cottage is located on the garden plot with forest all around and a few minutes walk to water, cliffs as well as lovely walking paths. Here you enjoy the tranquility, nature and birds chirping. A pond bike & kayak. Approximately 1.5 km to ICA. On the island there is a newly opened outdoor paddle, mini golf, boule and popular Blidö Wärdshus. If you come in municipal there is an archipelago boat as well as a bus from town.

Liten stuga med havsutsikt i den gamla skärgårdsbyn Gräddö. Nära till badstränder, ICA matbutik, gästhamn, caféer, restauranger, kajakuthyrning, padelbana med mer. Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
