Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The caravan we stayed at was lovely. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates which was a nice gesture and the kids were very excited about haha We had forgotten our phone chargers but luckily there was a charger at the caravan. The TV had netflix and there was WiFi available. The hosts local guide was brilliant and we did most things recommended including Williamson park, Lancaster castle, St Patrick's chapel at Heysham Head and Morecambe which we would highly recommend to others staying. We had taken our own t.bags, coffee, sauces etc but these were also left at the caravan so if people forgot things then they were available. Would stay here again :)

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful, stylish caravan. Felt like a luxury hotel. Quiet spot, direct and easy location. The hosts were absolutely marvellous and have provided a clean and enjoyable space. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. A hidden gem both the owners and there beautiful accommodation.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

Coral’s place was lovely, we booked it as we had a wedding at nearby Beeston manor and it was perfect for what we needed. The tea/coffee/milk on arrival was ideal as we arrived late. The beds were super comfy, lots of hot water and the whole house was spotlessly clean. We really liked the pool table too, overall the perfect home from home.

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. They have stayed in several of Jacqui's properties and as always this one did not disappoint. Jacqui is helpful and friendly, proactive with responses and very accommodating. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. Thanks again, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊👍️

This is a beautiful house and perfectly located for easy access to the motorway, we loved our stay here.

Exactly what you would expect from a cottage in the centre of Chipping - on the other hand modern bathroom and kitchen and everything nicely decorated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The decor is stylish and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described- if not better! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or charming place to stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We had a great time at Ashley and Donna's place. It's in a small town with lots of pubs and restaurants. We had a few logistics challenges, however Sainsbury's was right at the doorstep. Donna and Ashley were very responsive, however it would be great if there's a guide with clear instructions after checking in. Would highly recommend this.

Nathalie was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The space was fantastic and the surrounding area is both visually stunning and peaceful.

Heather cottage is a gorgeous little place, exceeds expectations from the pictures! We had a 5 night stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Amanda had left us a lovely welcome gift which was really sweet. The cottage is nicely decorated with nods to the Brontes' and the log burning fire was stacked ready to light, which we did on night 2! Many places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk including artisan/gift shops to indulge yourself, which we did! At the the weekend there was the Haworth Haddock steam train event, with fish&chips served on board, a drinks carriage and live music at Keighley Station which we enjoyed! Theres plenty to see or do in the surrounding area of Bronte villiage. We'll definitely be going back to Heather Cottage! Thanks again Amanda.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home, and it did feel like a home from home. The house is furnished tastefully with a warm country vibe and has the most well equipped kitchen. There is a large lounge but we spent all our time in the kitchen/conservatory. It’s a 20 minute walk to the town and there is a lovely walk up the hill with amazing views from the top. Joanne and her husband were very helpful with local directions and left us a lovely welcome pack. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. A lovely home. Clean and very well stocked. It even had an coffeemaker complete with ground coffee - amazing. Compact, well designed, very bright and cheerful downstairs area with very comfortable armchairs and everything we needed for our stay. Upstairs the very large bedroom had an extremely large and comfortable bed. We slept so well. Outside the front garden is large and very private. A short walk to the shops, restaurants, local train station and cafes of Birkdale made it a perfect location for our few days in the area. We hope to return.

Our stay at Katie's was fabulous! The home was adorable and perfectly located, with large windows that filled the space with bright light and charming furnishings. The garden was lovely, and the location was ideal for walks in Whalley, Painter Wood, and the wider Ribble Valley. Katie was an excellent communicator, providing detailed information on local amenities, entertainment, and clear house rules. She was friendly and prompt in her responses. Highly recommended!

A few of us stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding at Wyresdale Park (about a 5 minute drive away), and we can say the photos don't do the accommodation any justice! It's located in a nice, quiet area, but not too far away from restaurants, etc. There is parking right in front of the door, but one of us also parked by the church.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a perfect break. The house is beautiful with attention to every detail. It is pristine and spotless. It is 10 minute walk to the pub and lovely little village, and a short drive to the seaside. We would definitely come back and wish we could have stayed longer.
