It is located in a naturally designed environment overlooking the Bodden landscape and local pine trees. In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

This place invites you to breathe freely and scream in the wind. Michaelsdorf is located on a peninsula between the Saaler and Bodstedter Bodden. If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes you are at the Baltic Sea beach by car.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
