It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

In the outdoor area of the courtyard, you will find a terrace with a grill and seating in the spacious garden. There is also a sandbox and other play facilities for children.
