Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete reetgedeckte Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Neuendorf-Heide, einem kleinen Dorf am Saaler Bodden zwischen den Hansestädten Rostock und Stralsund. Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Auf 74m² steht euch in unserem Reetdach-Haus von 1850, kernsaniert 2023, unsere liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im gesamten Erdgeschoss inklusive Garten mit Essplatz zur Verfügung. Den malerischen Hafen von Bodstedt mit Badestelle und Restaurant kann man von hier aus innerhalb von 5 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Haus befindet sich am Kirchsteig 15, idyllischer Boddenblick. In nächster Nähe sind ein kleiner Dorf-Laden, Bäcker und Fleischer sowie einige Restaurants zu finden.

The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The Finnhütte Möwe also has something very special to offer: your own little wellness paradise - a 4 m² Finnish sauna.

If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes you are at the Baltic Sea beach by car.
