We offer three bedrooms, with additional space available at an affordable price, suitable even for larger groups or families. The apartment features an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset over Lipno. The entire apartment is private and lockable, ensuring your peace, safety, and privacy. We look forward to your visit!

Enjoy a holiday together with your friends. Villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living space is suitable for 1-3 families with children or up to 4 pairs of friends. The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table. From the living room is the entrance to a 54 m2 terrace overlooking Lake Lipno. 3 parking spaces. Garage for bikes, etc. available.

Romance in a Caravan at Lake Lipno

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

Dieses charmante, bayerische Refugium inmitten ruhiger Wälder wurde 2023 renoviert und bietet modernen Komfort inmitten einer rustikalen Atmosphäre. Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Dům leží přímo na cyklostezce mezi Horní Planou a Novou Pecí a je i v blízkosti malé udržované pláže, cca 400m od domu. Apartmán o velikosti 35m2 disponuje vlastní plně vybavenou kuchyní, dubovou manželskou postelí 180x200, rozkládací postelí pro každodenní spaní 160x200, rozkládací pohovkou 140x200, jídelním stolem, televizí a free WIFI. Apartmán má vlastní prostornou koupelnu.
