The advantage is the proximity of cycling routes, the beach 40m and the Lipno ski resort 3 minutes by car. The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a fireplace and two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, there is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, complemented by another separate shower with an infrared sauna for use for a fee.

A modern, fully equipped studio apartment, 26m², accommodating 1–4 people, situated in a unique location just 80m from the renowned beach, cycling path and yacht club. The apartment is part of a semi-detached house with a private entrance and its own outdoor seating on a shared garden. Large balcony doors provide access to the garden. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, outdoor blinds, and frameless doors. Parking, Hot Tub, Sauna, WiFi, and storage for bikes, strollers, etc..

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.
