Great place to stay! I went on a road trip with my friends and the space was enough to accommodate all 5 of us. Laurie was extremely responsive to all our questions and was a great host. 10/10 recommend for visiting Glenwood Springs. The location was great and could walk to most places.

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, both a good location and a nicely furnished place. If I had to pick some gripes for picky potential tenants, the front door doesn’t seal at all, the living room furniture was pretty dusty, and there was no receiver/amplifier for the sound system (only TV speakers). But ultimately, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, and overall cleanliness made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Would stay again for the current price.

I had a nice stay here. No complaints. Easy check-in, good communication and instructions, and the host provided me with everything I needed for my stay. Nice area too. I would definitely recommend!

The location is ideal. It's just two blocks from Main Street. Once you're inside, the place is exactly as advertised. It's clean and comfortable. The only item to be aware of is that you are entering through a back, basement door, so if you're arriving at night, I imagine it could be a little off-putting. Otherwise, it was a wonderful location, really clean and comfortable, and exactly as advertised!

This was my second stay and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The place is immaculate and Damon is a wonderful and thoughtful host who cares down to the last detail.

Fantastic stay with Katy - we came to do some fly fishing and she gave me a book of Colorado's best fishing spots as soon as we checked in!! She was awesome, place was immaculate, and right on the Eagle. Will return!

Molly's apartment was exactly as advertised. She and her husband were attentive and responsive, and absolutely lovely. The home is petite and perfect; amazing views of Mt Sopris and right on the river. Molly and Aaron pumped the tyres of their bikes and we were able to ride around the neighbourhood. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we felt so at home. Thank you Molly! Happy to recommend you 100%.

We loved this place! Beautiful property with amazing views! The house was pristine and it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nancy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We definitely would like to go back there!

Easy to get to, beautiful private home, loved our long weekend! Deck and hot tub was our favorite part of our trip. After hiking and exploring the surrounding area it was great to come back to relaxing on the deck. Our dog loved watching the chipmunks from the deck too! Absolutely did not disappoint! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Comfy king size bed and large bathroom. We will be back next year if my husbands dirt bike race is back up this way. Definite one of my top Airbnb's!

Lovely home, great backyard space and lots of amenities. Easy walk to bike rentals or a lovely park with a great playground. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house looks far better than the pictures posted! Very clean, fells homely, easy to use electronics and very friendly and responsive host. Everything you might need is already stocked, just come with your suitcase. We had a wonderful experience during our visit. Will definitely be back!

The view out of the back yard is amazing! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything you'd need to cook was provided and had modern appliances.

Fredy was incredibly accommodating and the space was comfortable. We picked this spot as it was close to family despite it being bigger than we needed. This would be a great find if you had a bigger group.

The rental was clean and check in went smoothly. The location was great- on a quiet street, yet still convenient to all that Glenwood Springs offers.

Very walkable to the Main Street of Aspen and local hikes. I didn’t have to drive my car the entire time I was exploring the town of Aspen.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

Fantastic stay with an ever better view. Went early May after the mountain closed for the season and loved how peaceful and beautiful everything was. Place is 10/10 made me want all of it for my own home LOL 5 stars all around.

My friend and I had a great stay! We loved how close the place was to the gondola and the bus station and all the restaurants! Kevin was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Very pleasant stay! I loved having the river in the backyard. It was all comfortable and well located. No cell phone service, which I really liked, and there’s wifi at the villas if needed.

Awesome place and great value! Mark was very communicative and helpful. Place was fantastic: Well furnished, clean, good amenities, no surprises. A little difficult to find the actual location and spot but once we did it was great. The only minor knock is that if you are looking for a place that is directly "bordering woods and creek", you have to walk a bit to get there. Otherwise, nice views of the mountains and backyard. Would highly recommend!
