Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fryingpan River

Easy to get to, beautiful private home, loved our long weekend! Deck and hot tub was our favorite part of our trip. After hiking and exploring the surrounding area it was great to come back to relaxing on the deck. Our dog loved watching the chipmunks from the deck too! Absolutely did not disappoint! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for your trip. Comfy king size bed and large bathroom. We will be back next year if my husbands dirt bike race is back up this way. Definite one of my top Airbnb's!

We had a lovely memorial day weekend here we family and kids. Absolutely beautiful place on a lot at the end of the road. About 15 minutes on dirt road after coming off Hwy 6. Road was more than manageable in AWD drive vehicle in good conditions. Easy enough to get back into Edwards/Eagle/Beaver Creek, but make sure to bring groceries with on the way in - not the most convenient to quickly pop out for things. The space is BEAUTIFUL, with tasteful design and great ammentities. Exactly as described. Would love to come visit again.

This house looks far better than the pictures posted! Very clean, fells homely, easy to use electronics and very friendly and responsive host. Everything you might need is already stocked, just come with your suitcase. We had a wonderful experience during our visit. Will definitely be back!

Fredy was incredibly accommodating and the space was comfortable. We picked this spot as it was close to family despite it being bigger than we needed. This would be a great find if you had a bigger group.

Our stay was fantastic, and we absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless, and the private garage was a great perk. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The hot tub was clean and perfectly heated—ideal for unwinding. The primary bedroom was amazing, with a king-size bed and incredibly soft linens that made getting out of bed a real challenge (in the best way!). Though this trip was just my wife and me, the house is spacious and would be perfect for a family or group of friends. The game room looked like a lot of fun, though we didn’t get the chance to use it. Most importantly, the listing is entirely accurate—the views of Glenwood Springs are unbeatable. You can spot the house from almost anywhere in the area! A truly memorable stay.

Kale's place is a beautiful cabin a short walk from downtown. It's rustic in feel and aesthetic, but spotless, and the grounds are beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was wonderful up to the sun from the skylight -- we both got a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. One of my favorite AirBnB experiences in recent memory.

The view from this place is even better than the pictures and the house is well decorated and comfortable. There is road noise from the highway below but who cares when your view is this beautiful.

Being from a busy city, Jennifer's house is exactly what we needed. The house was clean and functional. The grounds were beautiful with deer walking by every day and complete peaceful surroundings. The city of Basalt was about 10 mins away with some local shops and restaurants. We also visited Aspen Village, Snowmass Village, and Glenwood Springs all which were about 30 mins away. This was a great trip for us and our dog.

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, both a good location and a nicely furnished place. If I had to pick some gripes for picky potential tenants, the front door doesn’t seal at all, the living room furniture was pretty dusty, and there was no receiver/amplifier for the sound system (only TV speakers). But ultimately, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, and overall cleanliness made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Would stay again for the current price.

We really enjoyed our stay! We used it as a no-frills jumping-off point for various activities in Aspen and Carbondale and it was perfect for that. The space is beautifully decorated and the location is flawless.

The location is ideal. It's just two blocks from Main Street. Once you're inside, the place is exactly as advertised. It's clean and comfortable. The only item to be aware of is that you are entering through a back, basement door, so if you're arriving at night, I imagine it could be a little off-putting. Otherwise, it was a wonderful location, really clean and comfortable, and exactly as advertised!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Molly's apartment was exactly as advertised. She and her husband were attentive and responsive, and absolutely lovely. The home is petite and perfect; amazing views of Mt Sopris and right on the river. Molly and Aaron pumped the tyres of their bikes and we were able to ride around the neighbourhood. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we felt so at home. Thank you Molly! Happy to recommend you 100%.

Everything about this house and our stay was spectacular! The decor was fascinating, the home owner has obviously travelled the world and brought pieces of the adventures into this rental. Everything from the gorgeous lighting (in every single room) to the heated floors and comfy furniture left us already making tentative plans to come back and stay again. The free shuttle to/from the mountain base made ski days so easy. We sat in the hot tub multiple times... pretty special moments sitting in the hot tub in the falling snow, looking out over the most incredible open space and mountain peaks, and watching a fox prance right though the back yard. We used this getaway to ski and to relax. I can't remember the last time I felt calm enough to take a nap in the middle of the day... between the comfortable furniture, pillows and blankets and the quiet of this location, inner peace came naturally. What a truly special home. Will absolutely be back!

Had a great, comfortable stay! Location is convenient to get to both Beaver Creek and Vail. The only downside is that the Westin Gondola doesn’t take you to the main Beaver Creek Village side where the ski school is. You’d need to take a shuttle or drive there. Tip: Request for a room facing the creek/mountains couple of days before your check-in day, though our view facing the town wasn’t bad either.

Great location, just a few minutes outside of town. High quality, furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb gem, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my birthday. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire apartment was evident, and I felt at ease knowing that the host took great care in maintaining a spotless space. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was its prime location. My stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience in the heart of Frisco.

Unique home in a great location. The house is decorated beautifully and you get a private hot tub. Super spacious as well with several “guest houses” on the property. Like other reviews point out, the place definitely needs some updating. No one in our party loved the showers (small, no water pressure, difficult to set temp) and the beds were spring mattresses, so not the most comfortable. For those reasons, i feel the place was a bit over priced for our short stay, but all-in-all, we had a great time. The owner/point of contact seemed very friendly and was responsive when we reached out. We would consider staying again!

Easy to the slopes location. Ski Valet was a great feature as well. Great location in Avon.
