A beautifully refurbished 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment in the stunning South Hams village of Frogmore. Located at the head of Frogmore Creek on the Kingsbridge Estuary, The Granary is perfectly placed to explore the area’s beautiful beaches, coves and countryside. The coast is just 3 miles away, as is the charming market town of Kingsbridge which has a whole host of independent shops, two supermarkets, a cinema and great restaurants. Salcombe and Dartmouth are also within easy reach.

Unique accommodation in the centre of Kingsbridge

This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Closest beach is Torcross, an 8 minutes drive or hop on the Dartmouth bus which takes you there. Approximately 20 minute drive to a selection of beautiful beaches, Hope Cove, South Milton and East Portlemouth.
