Monthly Rentals in Friendship

Our stay was great. It was just what we needed. Had kitchen utensils, not well organized but had what we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Zachary was very responsive to any questions we had.

Larry was very accommodating with my 81 year old father. My father was moving from Memphis to Tipton County and had a week before his new apartment. Family didn’t have a space in our homes due to stairs, so we reserved Larry’s apartment. It was perfect. My father enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the ease in which he could move from room to room with his “Rollator.” If we have family or friends who come for a visit, we would definitely recommend Larry’s space. Larry and Phyllis were very kind.

Everything was very clean. It is a very nice home and had plenty of beds. There's even a rollaway bed available. Everything is clearly marked in the house so you can find things easily. It is centrally located and way better than any of the hotels. I highly recommend this place.

David’s place was just as described in the pictures. I had a few questions upon arrival, but he answered them quickly. David even went out of his way to check on me & my guests after an accident happened before I was able to let him know! I would recommend David and his home to anyone.
