Our garden and pond invite you to linger, with various seating options available. At the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, mudflat hiking and surf.

The sea or nearest swimming spot is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes away by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

In the climatic spa Friedrichskoog-Spitze you can enjoy the Wadden Sea and the fresh North Sea air. As a weekend getaway for a breath of fresh air or longer family vacation, our cozy apartment "Der Deichkieker" is located directly at the nature reserve "North Frisian Wadden Sea". Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
