Communication with Annabell was always quick and easy. The apartment is great and also very quiet due to the courtyard location in a side street, although you are in Berlin Mitte. All shopping and also public transport are easily accessible within short distances. I'd love to come back.

Fantastic and beautiful airport in a beautiful and peaceful part of Berlin. My only note is that it was a little harder to get into the centre of Berlin than imagined by public transport it took us about 1hr20 to get there. The apartment itself was even bigger than it looks and was very comfortable with great bedding.

We were super happy with the place. The amenities were perfect, there was nothing missing. We loved the large garden for private use with terrace, deck chairs and porch swing. Communication with the host or her mother was very good. She was always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place, the area is also beautiful and the proximity to Berlin is a plus. Therefore 5 stars for everything. Will definitely visit again.

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Particularly nice for us was again the large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect host!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance used. That made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful place, the outside area is right at the canal. It is a perfect to relax.

We stayed in the vacation home on the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the winter garden to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day and year. If you are looking for peace, far from any hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. Also for our dog, the cottage with the beautiful natural garden was a great pleasure. We booked the house with a group of friends of six people for a week. The location with private lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and just when you travel more than just a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we thought was a shame was that in the large living area there were only three cozy armchairs for six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But that's a small downside, if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great vacation home!

Everything was tip-top, we felt comfortable right away. Very well-maintained accommodation - always happy to come back :-)

We had a very nice time! We felt totally comfortable in the house. It is very bright, very clean and cozy. We especially liked how extensively the kitchen was equipped. Spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea... Everything was there. There is also a barbecue and a canoe. Our child also thoroughly enjoyed the small garden and the small sandbox. It may be important to know that it is not fenced. The house is in a small vacation home settlement close to the water. Shopping and lakes are easily accessible by bike/car. We had a quiet, relaxed and lovely time.

Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

For a long weekend in the capital, as we had planned, it was a really good choice. Very cozy and quiet, you could relax well in the evening after an eventful day in the city center, we felt very comfortable. Above all, the abundance of nature in the area was very inviting and, with the beautiful weather that we fortunately had throughout, enhanced the whole thing. As a host, Anja was really very accommodating and friendly, so everything went smoothly in terms of communication. Therefore, we give a clear recommendation to Anja and her beautiful apartment in Berlin Zehlendorf :-)

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels.
