2 km to Alex, virtually a short walk and you are in the center. There are 3 bedrooms, these are as follows: No. 1 -> two single beds, balcony, located on the main street No. 2 -> Double bed, located on the main street No. 3 -> double bed, located in the courtyard On the ground floor of the neighboring building is a convenience store, there are tables and chairs outside. We didn't feel disturbed. Good connection to the public transport. Everything worked out wonderfully. Thanks very much.

Good communication (in English - thank you), easy to find (right next to S Bahn station, short walk to tram and U Bahn). Room very clean and with all the facilities you need. Very quiet and a window that opens (room was not stuffy but some fresh air is always nice). Reception staff (lady with ginger hair) very helpful and professional. Location not the smartest part of Berlin but relatively close to the city centre by public transport. We got a very good price when we booked. Very happy with our stay and we would stay again (although prices do seem to have got much higher since we booked). Recommended.

Great apartment, clean and clutter free! Easy to access and cool building. Loved the inside! Quite a quiet area but 5 mins (max) walk to the bahnhoff. Quick responses to any questions prior to our stay too. Nice touch of an umbrella and tote bag on the apartment too! Walking distance to checkpoint Charlie, then places to grab food or drinks there during the day/early evening. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartments for a city trip. Very quiet despite the big city. In 5 minutes you can reach the U2, U7 and the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg, with which you can quickly reach everything important in Berlin. I did not have direct contact with the host, everything was fully automatic by email. But everything is so well organized here that I had no further questions. The only disadvantage of the apartment: those who like to sleep in the dark will not get their money's worth.
