“I felt at home in Ursula's apartment from the first moment. Everything you need is there, and should something be missing, Ursula will definitely remedy the situation immediately. That's the way it is. The combined bedroom and living room is airy, bright and high. The bed worked very well for me. Ursula's illustrations and drawings are carefully selected and beautifully framed. There is a spacious hall and through the small pantry you get into an equally bright, large bathroom, equipped with both bathtub and shower with enough power. Delicacies are underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Would love to come back.”
Bright and charmingly furnished studio/apartment. 38 square meters in the pulsing heart of Kreuzkölln district (one of the most hype and fast developing areas in town since 2008). Amazingly served by public transports, the space is located in a neighborhood with many nice restaurants, cafes, typical Berliner places and great winebar. You can get lost in the city enjoying our bikes rental service. Berlin as you've never seen!
“This was the perfect place. Awesome neighborhood with everything you could need ( FYI- Berlin is basically closed on Sundays- prepare thyself) Amazing host with the kindest communication and a lovely place to rest my head and eat a delicious (cheap!) doner kebab! Amazing outdoor balcony to watch live go by as you have a beer . AMAZING PILLOWS AND SHOWER! Super walkable - very close to the metro . If you arrive at the train station- just one bus (m41) will get you nearly doorstep to the apartment. If you’re a metro person like me- hermannplatz is very close. STAY HERE. It feels like your own place and it’s lovely, safe, clean, and gorgeous!”
Pluck a pot from the rack on the exposed brick wall and cook up a storm at this cool, contemporary pad with clean lines and intricate period molding. Checkerboard floors, white Eames chairs, and elegant arched windows create a mix of old and new.
“The apartment doesn't just feel like a temporary place to stay, it feels like an apartment you want to move into and live in permanently. Kreuzberg location is great, on a canal with a farmer's market outside on the street 3 days/week to pick up food for your stay. Surrounded by an assortment of great shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance, and a few hundred meters from a few different subway lines to easily get around the city. The apartment is smartly decorated, great lighting, sizable rooms, the bedroom is in the back and quiet. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal if you so desire. Lots of space, good security. Cos also provides access to a private storage area in the building with a washing machine. Parking in the area is free but a bit challenging to find an available space. We had a rental car so I was finally able to locate a space a few blocks away and left the car parked for the duration, walking and using public transit to get around. Cos responded quickly to any query I had, really appreciate his attention. Can't recommend this apartment enough.”
