Condo vacation rentals in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Jill heeft een super leuk huis op de 4e verdieping. We voelde ons er meteen thuis. De buurt is geweldig en op loopafstand is de tram trein metro en bus zodat je heel de stad kan ontdekken. Er zijn alleen geen verduisterende gordijnen daarom deden wij slaapmaskers op. Het bed is heerlijk en de douche heeft ook een goede straal. Hele fijne tijd gehad, dank je wel Jilli!

Super Lage in der Nähe von Zentrum und alle “wichtigen” Sehenswürdigkeiten. S-Bahn Bellevue und U-Bahn Hansaplatz zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir waren aufgrund eines Konzertes in der Uber Arena in Berlin und Julians Unterkunft war dafür perfekt gelegen, in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir bei der Halle was wirklich super war. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen ideal, die Räume sind toll geschnitten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir würden wieder kommen und können es wärmstens empfehlen :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Sarah, war für mich eine sehr Positive Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Balkon sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren etwas Ringhörig, jedoch haben wir uns gut arrangiert miteinander, so das dies nicht störend war. Mir hat der Aufenthalt in Berlin, durch diese Wohnung, sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjours à proximité du U5. Plusieurs épiceries et restaurants sont à courte distance de marche. L'appartement était spacieux et confortable. On y retrouvait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Merci pour cet excellent séjour de 9 nuits à Berlin !!!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Helmholtz Platz. Schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat einen einzigartigen Vibe und ist Stilvoll eingerichtet, auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. Matthias ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage in Kreuzberg - viele Cafés, Restaurants etc. befinden sich in Gehweite und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit Sascha hat super geklappt, die Anweisungen zum Checkin waren klar und er hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet.

Sure! Here’s a review in English: Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — there’s a supermarket just around the corner and a metro station right across the street. Couldn’t ask for more!

Wunderschönes Wochenende mit der Familie in Berlin verbracht: die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet genug Raum für Spiel und Spaß mit 4 Teenagern (Billardraum!). Drumherum sind so viele Restaurants und Cafes, dass wir kaum selber gekocht haben. Eine klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful 3 nights in Fadeih’s beautiful and welcoming space - stylish and functional interior, easy ground floor access with toddler and stroller, great neighborhood. All in all the perfect place for a Berlin getaway. We would love to book this place again!

Die Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn. Wunderschön und sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Hoste war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einfach nur top!

My stay at May's place was great. May was very accommodating when i experienced some check-in issues, and those issues were resolved quickly. The apartment was beautiful and I felt right at home. The location is great: so many restaurants and kebab stores nearby, but since the apartment is located in a courtyard, it was really quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Ich habe für zwei Wochen bei Katrin und Roxanne gewohnt. Wohnung und Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Gastgeberinnen freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Information, Zeit für Gespräche aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Hit ist der Balkon am Zimmer.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
