Logement agréable plus grand que ce qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Tout le nécessaire fourni est au delà de ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Nicole nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a été très prévenante et flexible. Tout peut quasiment se faire à pieds sinon il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m. Nous recommandons Nicole et son beau logement !

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. Had a lovely stay at Thomas' home. He was a great host, providing many great recommendations. He was also the most responsive host I've ever had! The home was just as the pictures described, very clean and comfortable. The area was walkable, close to a bus stop and streetcar stop, and very close to some delicious restaurants! We had a great stay! The unit was larger than expected and the location was great. We felt very safe while also being a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter. It was perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. There's a full grocery store (Rouse's) within a short walk that was ideal for stocking up for our stay. I highly recommend this spot!

Shelby’s cottage was the perfect getaway for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend! The goal was to eat as much as we can, and have a cozy place to come back to, and that’s exactly what we did! Casey gave us a list of amazing local spots to try and the ones that we did try were so yummy and pretty close to the cottage! We took Lyfts to the French quarter which was super close, and just absolutely fell in love with the area and the cottage! Would absolutely love to come back again!

Great stay for 2 people. Spacious and in a great location! Every place we went to was only 5-10 minutes away. It was close to so much. Not to mention being near the overpass and they had local businesses out there selling all types of things. Great stay. Would stay again ❤️

I’ve read a lot of these reviews and it feels like people are often sleuthing for some tiny flaw to cry about. But me, I was so happy with my stay. Zero complaints. Gorgeous shotgun apt (huge btw- far more space than I needed!), great yard to sit and drink coffee in, tons of amenities (the bikes are a great touch though I didn’t use them- would totally have done so with more time in the city). Walked to the levee with my pup, went to the Joint, hung out at Bud Rips. Perfect Bywater day. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting NOLA! It’s right on Canal Street with the streetcar stop right out front. It’s the perfect halfway point between the Quarter and City Park (and Greenwood Cemetery). Canal Street can be loud, but the apartment was relatively peaceful; I didn’t hear a peep out of anyone who lived there (unless they were using the stairwell), and the earplugs worked well at night to drown out any noise from the street. The apartment was very easy to get to, and it was beautiful inside. Everything was clean, well organized, and there were several personal touches that made it even more welcoming. Adele and I had communicated a bit before my arrival and she was very helpful and pleasant, and made some good suggestions. I also greatly appreciated her visitor’s guide, which is in the apartment, but which she also shared with me via Google before the trip. It really helped me plan my trip to the Crescent City. Highly recommend!

OMG I do not have enough good things to say. Location was PERFECT for my daughter and I - easy walking distance to almost everything we wanted to visit (from the Southern Food Museum to the Aquarium, French Market, etc) and only a block or so from the streetcar to ride up to City Park and NOMA. The rooms and bed were extremely comfortable! Fully set kitchen was perfect (if we wanted to cook for breakfast or anything). Apartment was close to everything but very quiet. The team was super responsive and very helpful with any requests we had! We will definitely be back!!!

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Great stay, will definitely be staying again for future visits. Super clean and as described. Was way too hot outside to use the hot tub when we visited but that also looked great. Super cool neighborhood and the rooms ac was great despite it being 90+ degrees every day of our stay

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
