(Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The futon mattress is an 8" memory foam. Dogs must be under 20 pounds and there is an additional fee. Please mention in your booking request if you intend to bring a pet so that we can adjust the total accordingly.
