Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. 🌞 Welcome to one of Skagen's iconic heritage buildings - the one with the green doors. 🌞 Skagen's old museum is now in tip top condition. The apartment contains 3 rooms with 6 beds (bed linen and towels must be brought), 1 toilet/bathroom and kitchen/living room. Small cozy house with garden. Room for 4 people and 1 child in a crib. There is a high chair and a weekend bed, if desired. The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
