Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

At the end of the cul-de-sac is this lovely and stylishly decorated log house with direct access to the protected natural area - Professor's Plantation - and with only 500m to lovely, child-friendly Kattegat by private and direct path. The house only has a neighbor on one side and is on the other side next to a beautiful natural area where you can often see wildlife. There are very good opportunities for walks to both the water and in the plantation as well as there are many good MTB opportunities

Our cottage has full sea views and only 70 meters to child-friendly beach. Just below the house is the boardwalk - walk along it into the harbor and visit the lovely eateries and feel the atmosphere. Kitchen-living room: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, hob (induction), dishwasher. Bathroom: shower and washing machine. 6 good sleeping places divided into 3 rooms. Exit to wooden terrace. Wilderness bath. (Firewood is available) Electric car charging possible (Monta).
