Ocean view and path to child-friendly beach with perfect bathing water. The beach is never crowded. It has summer house idyll in beautiful nature with sea view and central location with < 1 hour drive to all experiences in North Jutland. Take a bath or walk along the promenade along the sea and enjoy the sailing life and cozy city center of Sæby. Enjoy sunrises, birdlife, the sound of the ocean. the cottage is located just 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces is a lovely sea view. The house is from 1966 and with a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with bed of 140: 200. Outside there are terraces to the east, south and west with gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath, and a Wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: 4 kr per kWh. The money will be charged upon departure in DKK or euro in cash.
