Width doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows for playing table tennis. Relax in the countryside in our quiet home, within walking distance of the beach. This small cottage is on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and hallway with stairs up to the 1st floor. Here is a small room with a bunk bed and kitchen in open connection with the living room. Our small house is located on a large plot overlooking fields. We have a large kitchen garden and chicken farm. The cottage is an obvious base from which you can take a trip to Skagen, Fårup Sommerland and FarmFun in Ålbæk.

The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.
