Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Historic barn from 1792 apartment

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. Familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, Kunst und Kultur gibts im ganzen Chiemgau.. Wer eine sehr besondere Unterkunft sucht und Sinn für den Charme alter Dinge hat wird sich bei uns wohlfühlen.

Ecological holiday apartment in the Alps

Ideal gelegen, zwischen München und Salzburg ( je 45 Minuten), schnell zu erreichen und doch ruhig und mitten im Wald haben wir unsere alte Werkstatt in eine kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche verwandelt. Der Raum ist ca. 45 qm groß, in Lehmbauweise gestaltet und hat ein großes Sitzfenster zum Wald hinaus. Im Außenbereich können unsere Gäste nach Absprache die Feuerstelle nutzen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatte.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Welcome to the Haslauer-Hütt'n. Enjoy the luxury of tranquillity and the idyll of the mountains. Here it is easy to get away from it all and find yourself. Our hut, renovated in 2022, is located on the edge of alpine meadows and mountain forests. Easy to reach by car but still very quiet, the hut offers a cosy alpine atmosphere with a beautiful mountain meadow view.
