Quaint house originally built in mid 1800's centrally located in downtown Waterford on the Fox River. Perfect walkable location for summer festivals, concerts and boat launch for Lake Tichigan. Approximately 100 feet of Fox River frontage. put our canoe or kayak in and take a leisurely trip down into historic Rochester and Burlington. Finish the night with a campfire!

Note: we have had some reviews with concerns about the beds. We have now replaced all the beds.
