Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Franklin County

This was my second stay, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The host is incredibly kind and helpful—he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. The property itself is straight out of a dream... right on the lake, peaceful, and beautifully kept. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this one feels like home—and honestly, it's my dream home. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch getaway.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The only hiccup we had was the GPS taking us to a different location based on the address given, but a quick call to the building staff directed us right to the correct place.

We were up in the area for graduation. This space was affordable and clean. If we were here longer we could walk to a few places for food. Lauren was easy to get ahold of and answered our questions.

Perfect place to enjoy nature and disconnect. The grounds are just gorgeous. We enjoyed the porch and the outdoor views from every room. We went to VT to visit friends and they came to hang out. We had everything we needed to host. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and we had 3 guests who stopped by everyday. We got to chat with Judy and Steve. Very nice hosts. Responsive and respectful of our privacy. They were very accommodating and even set up the fire-pit for us to hang outdoors. Check out the local grocery stores and there is a butcher near by with delicious beef we grilled. I will def return and recommend this place.

The condo was exactly as described in listing and better. Very, very clean with many amenities. Joy was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable. The location was close to Jay Peak. One min walk to gas station/ restaurants/ cafe ect. It was perfect for our dog. Would recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend ski trip to Jay Peak.

Our stay in St. Albans was brief and what we needed most was a good nights sleep, shower and a place to prepare our coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning. Dave's place was clean, comfortable, and checked all the boxes for our needs. Check in and check out were a breeze. Thanks Dave!

The home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, with a wonderful view of Lake Champlain from all but one room. There is a surprising amount of space with lots of little nooks for folks who want a bit of privacy from other guests during their stay. The kitchen is well appointed and I was able to find every utensil or dishware/glassware that I would want. the instructions for using the hot tub are easy to follow and it provided a wonderful way to look at over the lake. The outside landscaping is extremely well done and, weather cooperating, provides even more space for the guests. The area is very peaceful and is a great please to unwind and/or read.

Sara's old farmhouse was a comfortable, cozy and charming space for our weeklong ski vacation with friends. The kitchen had numerous modern appliances, the beds had comfortable mattresses, and we really appreciated the large capacity washer and dryer! Our hosts were responsive and very helpful with recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a few things to be aware of, as it is an old house: the glass doorknobs required a delicate touch to not pop off, the downstairs bedroom was colder while the upstairs queen and king bedrooms were quite warm, the downstairs shower (clawfoot tub) was snug for our 6 ft teen and the hot water did not quite last for all 8 people to shower all in a row, so giving it some time in between showers would be recommended. All in all, we had a great week in a lovely home and enjoyed some delicious meals and great skiing. Thank you to Sara and Michael for hosting us in their charming farmhouse.

We LOVED Jennifer’s place! It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was spotless, all appliances appeared to be new and/or state of the art. The home was warm and comfortable with every amenity you could ask for, and idyllically situated on Lake Champlain. We were in Vermont for UVM commencement weekend. The 30-minute drive to Jenn’s place from Burlington provided a nice respite from all the graduation hubbub. What at first seemed like a drawback (distance) was actually a blessing. We would happily stay here again.

We had a quick but very comfortable stay at Levi’s! It was clean with plenty of amenities. Levi was very friendly , and communicated well with us. It was the perfect place to stay after our celebration of life service we had to go to. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect, peaceful and clean. Fishing and views were wonderful. Host was responsive and the space could not have been better.

Michelle has always been a great host and her place is always a great place to stay when in town.

Kelly was a fantastic host, bakes amazing cookies and has a beautiful home. Would recommend this host and home and would stay again!

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

Everything was great . We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of things to do in the area. We will stay there again 😊. Love northern Vermont.

Great location. No need to drive once there. Walk to lifts, restaurants and activities!

This was our second stay at this place and we love it. We've been going to Smuggs for over 20 years and the location of this condo is exactly where you want to be! You can walk to the village, lifts, pool and fun zone in the blink of an eye, no need to take a shuttle!! If you are going up the hill to the daytime tubing, it's a quick call to the on demand shuttle that will take you right there. Thank you Allyson for the responsove communication and consideration. so glad we found your place!
