Waterfront family home directly on beautiful Lake Champlain. 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed and futon, 2 bathrooms. 1960’s well maintained, fully equipped NASHUA mobile home, once common on this shore, last of its kind in original condition, lots of lake views and personality - comfortable and cozy. Breath taking sunsets. Lots of shade trees on our 130 feet of lake front. Clean shale beach. Improved a/c. Swim, fish, bike, kayak and hike. 6 mi to St Albans. 40 min. to Burlington. Pets welcome.

Welcome to the Nease Camp Cottage! Our property is at the end of a private road on Lake Champlain north of St. Alban's Bay with some of the best sunsets in the world. The shale-covered beach includes use of the dock, canoes, rowboat, hammock, & a fire pit. (The ladder to the loft in pictures has been replaced by a spiral staircase.) Week-long use during the summer. Partial week bookings available Sept-Oct. Please note due to high demand, we must adhere to the cancellation policy as listed.

2 Bedroom Lake Front Cottage on St Albans Bay

Enjoy the western sunsets from the wrap around porch or the array of windows. This is a cute getaway cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed , indoor & outdoor dining tables & fire pit with chairs to sit around. There’s a small electric fireplace in the living room and two wall heaters to help with the cooler nights. The camp has well water which does have a sulfur smell but has been tested and is safe. Wifi is available but there is no tv.
