A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

The private one mile long road has little traffic that allows for quiet walks, and bike rides with the family. The dock is available to tie up a boat, or to just sit and relax and enjoy the scenic views, and sounds of nature. Two kayaks are available to use to tour around lake carmi. ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
