The holiday home Villa Sand is located in Bad Emstal and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Bei einem Urlaub in unserem ehemaligen Pfarrhaus begeben Sie sich auf eine Reise in die Vergangenheit - mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von heute. Bis 1974 wurde das Gebäude (Baujahr 1870) als Pfarrhaus genutzt, danach von unseren Eltern übernommen und bis heute regelmäßig liebevoll renoviert. Unsere Einrichtung zeugt von Geschmack und einem Auge fürs Detail. Sie bewohnen das Haus alleine und können den wunderschönen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Gartenhäuschen nutzen.

Eine vollausgest. 82 qm Wohnung für 7 Personen mit Garten und gemütl. Gartenlounge. Die Unterkunft, inkl. Außenbereich kann komplett genutzt werden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat 2 einzelne Betten, 180x200 und ein Schlafsofa 140X200. Das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist 140x200. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch und WLAN. Die Wohnung hat eine ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Sauna. Es gibt weiterhin ein Klappbett 90x200, ein Kinderreisebett 60x120, und ein Kinderhochstuhl.

The newly renovated colourful rooms are functional and generously furbished. 4 Sleeping rooms and 2 large Bathrooms are a comfortable set up for up to 2 Families. Wellbeing and Relaxation guaranteed in the big professional hottub and Sauna Located in the heart of Sauerland surrounded by peaceful nature but close enough to enjoy skiing in Winterberg and Willingen (about 1 hour drive).

Romantische Oase umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern. Schöne Wander/ Radwege starten direkt am Haus. Es gibt einen tollen überdachten Grill mit Kamin. Der wunderschöne Garten kann vielfältig genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Kicker und eine Dartscheibe sind in der Doppelgarage und bietet bei jedem Wetter Spaß. Der schöne antike Landhausstil lädt sofort zur Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Außerhalb der Ferien können wir meistens den Check-In/Out verlängern.

Ein kleines Fachwerkhäuschen bietet Platz für 4 - 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss sind der Eingangsbereich und die Küche, oben das Bad, die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, 180 cm, zusätzlich gibt es über dem Wohnzimmer eine Hochbettebene für zwei Personen, 140 cm. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa für 1 Person. Die Leiter zu dem Hochbett lässt sich nicht entfernen oder sperren. Das sollten Sie bedenken, wenn Sie mit Kindern anreisen wollen.

Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase.
