The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. Our apartment in an apartment building on the outskirts of Marburg-Wehrda (not directly in Marburg!) is the perfect base for exploring the university town. Ideal for business travelers: The property offers fast Internet access, easy check-in and a comfortable laptop workspace. You can reach the city center of Marburg and the main train station in about 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bus; the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burg and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

The apartment is centrally located in the spa town of Bad Wildungen, right next to the ****Göbel's Hotel Quellenhof. The hotel facilities with restaurant, bar, conservatory, casino can be used for a fee. The use of the spa area with indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas and gym is included in the price of the apartment.
