Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Franconville

Difficile de juger le quartier. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00 et repartis à 7h30. Nous avons oublié une veste dans le logement et très gentiment le propriétaire nous a proposé plusieurs solutions pour la récupérer. Sympa ....

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

Le logement était parfaitement conforme aux photos : propre, bien agencé et à une température agréable, ce qui a rendu le séjour très confortable. L’hôte était chaleureuse et accueillante, ce qui a ajouté une touche positive à l’expérience. Le seul petit bémol : l’absence de couverts (fourchettes, couteaux, cuillères), ce qui aurait pu faciliter les repas sur place. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour que je recommande.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été réactive et accueillante. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful time staying here. The town itself it beautiful-very walkable, lots of space and friendly restaurant staff. Catherine was so kind and flexible-our trip was delayed but she was able to work around our new timeline, and it made us feel much less stressed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, this is it!

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Je recommande fortement ce logement !!! C’est totalement dépaysant, on se sent au Japon. L’appartement était très très propre et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

We had a great stay! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need, and the bathroom is complete and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro going to Paris. Med Alex is a very friendly and responsive host—he replied quickly to all our questions and was flexible with check-in times. Very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. My friend and I spent about 10 days in France and this was the perfect spot for an Airbnb. Literally across the street from the H train line which takes you right to Paris in about 15 minutes but the place was tucked away so you didn’t hear any noise from the streets. The place was super clean, felt like home, and was really cool to stay in and feel the Parisian-like atmosphere. There’s local spots where you can have breakfast, a delicious bakery close by, and markets too if you need to pick up a few items food wise. There’s also a general store where you can pick up items as well. The host was super responsive and super sweet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was the upstairs neighbor could be a bit loud with walking around and talking etc. at night when we were trying to sleep. But, if you bring earplugs, that solves that problem quickly. Overall, highly recommended!

Très bon sejour dans un appartement un peu bruyant (mais c’est souvent le cas à Paris). Seul bémol : la douche est probablement à rénover. Communication très facile et logement spacieux. Proche métro.

Très bon séjour chez Odette. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. L’environnement et agréable et calme. Odette est accueillante et facilite votre séjour. En plus la petite attention du petit déjeuner avec les croissants, la baguette , le beurre et la confiture est top ! Merci Odette
