Perfect location and size for me and my son. Would do a small family - sofa bed worked well. Kitchen is compact with everything you need. On a second floor with quite a few stairs- not an issue for us but if you don’t do stairs that would be the only issue. Felt private and safe. Didn’t need to meet Dean but every interaction was great. Thanks!

fab weekend break away with 3 children and dog. Enclosed garden meant they could all play outside safely. Great location for the beach. The chalet was set up as described, towels and bedding were fresh. We had a fab weekend.

Great location with stunning views over the golden sands and out to sea, the beach is private and is accessed within 2 minutes via some steps at the end of the gardens or a few minutes in the other direction via an accessible boat ramp. The beach is fab here, its fairly quiet and great for dogs, about a 45 minute walk into Bridlington or 20 mins the other way to Fraisthorpe. Very spacious accommodation with everything you could need. Lovely big lounge and outdoor sitting areas to the front and rear to make the most of the sun.

From our first contact until checkout, Ben was so helpful and responsive. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for our holiday. The beds were very comfortable and the sofas were perfect for relaxing in the evening, watching TV. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a large fridge-freezer, and it even had an air fryer! Having a shop, restaurant and bar onsite was very handy. We loved that we could walk straight onto the beach, which was so clean and peaceful, well away from the hustle and bustle of Bridlington. The location was perfect for driving out to the coast for bird watching and to Bridlington for an RSPB boat trip to Bempton Cliffs - an experience not to be missed. The cliff walks were beautiful, helped by perfect weather. I would highly recommend Ben's caravan.
