Surrounded by rolling fields & open skies, this spacious, dog friendly cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, coastal towns & everything in between. With a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Sleeping 2 people, with enclosed outdoor space to enjoy a morning cuppa, The Sheep Shed is the perfect choice.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

The Annexe at St Magnus Lodge

A unique space for up to 4 guests located in the tranquil village of Bessingby. Spread across 2 main large rooms with original beamwork from the converted barn, The Annexe is situated in a beautiful, secluded location, whilst being a stone’s throw from local beaches, walks, attractions and wildlife. The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Ideal for coastal & countryside, within driving distance for trips to Malton, Hull and York.

Enjoy your own country estate! Set in almost 200 acres, Dingle Dell gives luxury accommodation for 12 guests; perfect for families, friends, or couples. Relax in the large hot tub, take a Sunday walk to the local pubs or a 5 minute drive to the coast. Pet friendly for up to 3 dogs, 3 of the bedrooms are accessible (ground floor), enclosed private garden and “The Dog House”, a private games room / snug. Plus in April to October self-drive off-road around the farm in a Classic Land Rover!
