Cozy efficiency studio suite. Gorgeous bathroom with walk-in slate and stone shower. Comfortable queen-size bed, adjustable frame, Nectar memory foam mattress. There is not a full kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, TV, WIFI. A/C and heat. LGBT-Welcome. ALL are welcome here. Pam’s place was so lovely. Bigger than the pictures let on! And tastefully decorated. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve experienced. We loved the living and dining room spaces. Pam was so friendly and accommodating to me and my kids who enjoyed just hanging and enjoying the space. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a few days here to relax before the busy holiday season. The entire home was decorated beautifully and I liked the bird theme within much of the decor. King bed was quite comfy. A huge chair in the master was the best. Loved it! Game room was fun and cozy in the evening, with the electic fireplace. We forgot our slippers although it was suggested to bring a pair. So I was thankful for the complimentary slipper socks. Our first evening, we got takeout at Potbelly's in Bayshore Mall, which, to our surprise, had the courtyard decorated already for the holodays. We were happy with our choices for dinner restaurants and coffee shops as well. We also went to Shorewood Nature Preserve and spent some time hiking in the woods and on the beach. Also went to North Point Lighthouse. This home is lovely and I would consider it also for a ladies getaway weekend.

The kitchen area features wooden cabinetry and multiple windows providing natural light. A central dining cart holds kitchenware, and a ceiling fan is mounted overhead. An entrance door with a diamond-shaped window leads to the outside, enhancing the spacious feel of the room.

Katie was so responsive. I texted and asked if there would be a blow dryer. She said it would be there when I got there. When I arrived there was a brand new blow dryer. I called that responsive!

The Glass House - River Hills Estate

Dede and I grew up in Milwaukee so we were very familiar with the area. We had a great time! The location was perfect for us. The house and yard were exactly what we needed...the kids played baseball and ran around and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cul-de-sac and neighborhood. Safe and friendly. All of the adults (except for me) ran every day in the neighborhood. We all look forward to next year's Air Show and will, God willing, look to secure the Glass House again. Cheers! John
