Anna was a thoughtful and responsive host who clearly puts care into maintaining a beautiful and welcoming home that is very pet-friendly. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making our overall experience very positive.

Maylen & Greg exceeded expectations not only by providing a beautiful home, but by being extraordinary hosts. We booked this house as part of my mother's 50th birthday. She has always preferred hotels up until now. Needless to say the memories and experience we shared here are priceless. If you are looking for authenticity then look no further.

This was our second year staying here. The home is large,spacious and very comfortable! We brought our 4 young grandchildren and the lovely outside patio area was just perfect for them to eat, play, and run around. The kitchen and laundry was stocked with laundry and dish soap, paper towels and basic condiments. We were a large group of 6 adults and 4 small children and we loved all the family time and comfort this home offered. When we return to Huntington Beach we will most definitely stay here!

The place was a great stay and it was minutes away from the location. It was really close to Disneyland. I really enjoyed how there is a projector and big couch, great to use after a long day of walking at the park.

We stayed a week at Joseph’s place and it was exactly what we needed for our family of 6 (plus baby)! The high chair and playpen were very helpful. The games room was a lot of fun and a great place to hang out while waiting for everyone to get ready. The air conditioning worked well and cooled the house down quickly. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the big backyard in the mornings and evenings. If you’re a large party, you may need to pick up some extra toilet paper, paper towel, soap and shampoo. We loved the beach gear (two chairs and sun umbrella) and we very much appreciated these on our trips to the beach! Jennifer was amazing to communicate with and when I asked if there was a kettle to make baby bottles, she brought us over a brand new kettle the very next day! We also loved the spacious driveway as we had a mini van. You could easily fit another car or two if needed. We were 10-15 mins to Disneyland. We would stay again!

Great stay just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for a small group.

Large spacious house . Very responsive owner . House is beautiful with great amenities . Loved the top floor open terrace to hang out and enjoy some wine with friends . Great front yard with amazing fire pit . Highly recommend

Very clean and smelled nice inside. Game room was a fun addition and let us enjoy socializing after the outside 10pm curfew. Good amount of cookware and dishware. The air conditioning works great, which was important as the weather started cranking up. Host John was very responsive and kind with communications.

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

The place was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. It was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed and was peaceful. We also met Keren and she was very nice. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Sean & Danielle's place. They were super responsive when we asked to book their place very last minute due to our original plans falling through and the unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us, our dog, and our baby. The unit was also peaceful and despite being connected to the main house, we didn't hear a single thing the entire time we stayed. Sean & Danielle were also flexible with our dog and check-out was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back again!

We really enjoyed the stay! The neighborhood in general was extremely clean. I walked every morning and everyone was so kind! The home was perfect for our family needs and we loved it, Thank you so much!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Sara's villa was exactly as described and the location was great. Plenty of restaurants in a walkable distance and even though it's close to a main road, it's really quiet and peaceful. The check-in process wasn't the smoothest (no instructions were sent and the lock on the gate doesn't work properly) but once we were past that, it was fine. WiFi speeds are good. Big TV and a coffee pot. oh, we did only have paper plates to use in the kitchen. weird. I'd stay here again.

Kid was very good to deal with and the house was very clean. I would definitely stay again when I do my next house remodel.

Great place to stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants. Clean, private, well furnished. Lots of additional things are provided (I.e filtered water, eating utensils, bowls, plates, detergent, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner). It has everyone we needed and more

The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Beautiful space, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor spaces were really nice for meals and meetings. Right near a pond and park and in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway had plenty of room for parking. It was a great space for us and we had all we needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained and is in a super quiet neighborhood. Rooms are exactly as pictured in the ad. Perfect for a large group looking for spacious accommodations - lots of room for 7 of us. Lovely patio area and landscaping. Very easy check in & check out. Loved the large dining table - great for family meals and playing board games. Great linens and comfy beds. Felt right at home. Hosts were soooooo responsive!! We received immediate answers to questions and requests. Will definitely stay here again.
