Vacation rentals with a patio in Fountain Valley

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Quiet and secure, it was the perfect location to be close to Disneyland and OC. 10min from the 5 Freeway and behind a private gate. Fully loaded kitchen to support your longer stay, or just a comfortable cool place to hang your head for the night. Host responds incredibly quickly with all the information you could need for your stay. Would stay here again.

We had a great 2-night stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A lot of local places to eat. 15 minutes from Disney and the Irvine Spectrum. Easy access to freeways.

Yvonne was responsive and no issues checking in. Provided clear instructions and responded right away when I had a couple of questions. The property itself was as described. It is nothing fancy, but had everything we needed for a short beach vacation and a good value! Really appreciated having chairs, beach towels and boogie boards available as well as the wagon to put everything in. It is very walkable to the beach (~10 mins.), though you can drive to beach parking lot in 2 mins. They charge $15 for the day. The kitchen was well equipped, and appliances were clean. Bathroom very small, but clean. It was nice to have the charcoal grill, but would be easier for travelers with a propane grill. Overall, my son's and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the house again!

This was one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. My husband loved the large box of condiment packets so we didn’t need to buy any. Keurig with lots of flavors was also nice so we didn’t have to buy coffee. The beds were very comfortable and had the most comfortable sheets. Space is a little tight, but it was just fine for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this home. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and towels were super soft. House had great designs and decor. Even had additional items available such as makeup remover, floss, q-tips that were useful for us! Host was kind and communicated well. We enjoyed our time and would come back in the future!

My softball team got the space for a tournament at the Huntington Beach Sportsplex. We were very close to the fields. The house was very spacious. Our team had lots of room to rest and sleep. With 3 bathrooms, everyone getting ready for games was very quick. My team was very happy and enjoyed their stay.

Everything was as expected, and it was perfect for our quick trip. Cat was responsive and helped us get set up with a pack and play for our toddler.

We were staying in Irvine for our son’s graduation from UCI. The home was convenient to campus, beaches, shopping and restaurants!! We highly recommend staying here with your family! We had more than enough room!! It was wonderful!

This was an amazing place with breathtaking views. It really made me miss California. Tracy and Ethan were very responsive. I was able to accommodate my family who loved the place.

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Me and my friends had amazing experience at the condo, everything was excellent. The location was amazing , too close to restaurants and the beach. The bikes were perfect for riding around the beach and neighborhood,I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. As well amazing and sweet host, Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Very helpful and communicative

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

Booked Maggie's place a couple days before a quick weekend trip to Long Beach and enjoyed my stay there. The unit was immaculate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The parking is a huge plus!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
