Located near the historic center, it is ideal for a pleasant stay in Perugia and to experience the atmosphere of the center by moving comfortably on foot. Bright and quiet apartment, located on the ground floor of a beautiful historic building of the 1930s, which maintains its original architectural features. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room that opens onto the kitchen and a bathroom. A small outdoor space, facing flowers, allows small moments of relaxation.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything you need for travelers of any kind.

We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

The apartment has been recently renovated, is located on the second floor which can be accessed by climbing the stairs. There are 60 sqm well distributed, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed and another single sliding bed. A new kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a large and complete bathroom. The spaces are very bright.
