The house has 3 bedrooms, a large, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, outdoor hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the valley. A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

On the porch, there is a simple hot tub and a large outdoor table with 6 chairs. Smoking is prohibited in the house. If you have a fishing license, you can fish in the lake. 27 km to Húsavík and 60 km to Akureyri.
