Great stay- felt very safe, was super clean, walkable to several restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this place. Literally fell in love with it. Super clean, location couldn’t have been anymore perfect. This was a last minute choice and was the best decision. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive. The recommendations for sights and food are something I will definitely be back for. I literally felt at home. The bed was so comfy! If you’re thinking about booking just do it you won’t be disappointed.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

I cannot recommend Paul’s Air BNB enough. From start to finish Paul’s communication was fantastic. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, cosy and homely. Everything you need is there. I will return to this place every time I visit Dallas. The only thing bad about it….was having to leave! Genuinely enjoyed my stay, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Paul, you have an amazing place and you are an amazing host

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

I had a great stay there. The surrounding community was very nice. We were free to use the pool and the gym. The condo itself was very clean and pristine. Highly recommended.

Great stay! Had what we needed for our short trip to Dallas!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to Sundance Square and even the Fort Worth Water Gardens, if you’re up for it! We utilized the pool while we were there and enjoyed that! The unit was well maintained, clean, and homey!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. It was very clean and smelled really nice. The location was perfect for the different activities we had in Fort Worth.

Tom and Amber were great hosts! The home was beautiful and we felt to comfortable like we were at home! They had everything ready for our stay and went out of their way to put sitting in the backyard as we like to sit outside, talk and drink coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of six (two adults and four children, ages 16, 12, 7, and 5) had a great stay for seven nights while visiting family in the area! We had plenty of room to spread out and it was very kid-friendly as described (our little ones loved the ride-on toys!). The pool was great and well-kept! The host was incredibly responsive and kind when I needed to ask a few questions. There are a few signs of wear and tear, but overall it was good place for our family vacation.

This was probably the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. It matches the description perfectly. Everything from Checking in to checking out was seamless. I definitely will keep this on my list for Dallas visits.

Absolute perfect location for visiting my farmers branch family. Two minute walk to the pool/water park, volleyball courts, dog park and recreation center. Peaceful neighborhood. The house was great. Every room was spacious and airy and the air conditioner had no problem keeping the house cool. The house also smelled nice and clean. Lots of original artwork. Plenty of different areas to relax and lots of space for the whole family. Kitchen had everything we needed. If you plan on cooking a lot, you may need to bring some pots. There were plenty of pans but only 1 pot. Lots of cool coffee gadgets. The bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are sooo comfortable. Only one room has a TV so just be mindful if you are a family that needs tv to fall asleep. We absolutely loved staying there and felt at home immediately. Before we even got to the front door, the cat Mags greeted us at our car. The girls loved having a cat friend for this vacation. We will absolutely be back again!!!

The property was perfect for what we needed! A lot of restaurants around, a local walmart for groceries for the one night we cooked dinner, and everywhere we wanted to visit was no more than a 20-30 minute drive. It was a perfect place to relax in between the events we had planned and rest/recharge at night. Judith was very detailed with instructions on what to do. Could not recommend more!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean, beautiful yard, and truly handicap accessible, which made a big difference for our family. The location was a bonus—quiet neighborhood with beautiful parks just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing or getting some fresh air. We felt right at home thanks to the host’s warm and personable touch. Communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, accessible, and well-kept place to stay. We’d absolutely come back!

Tom's place was immaculate. It is very large and easily accommodated our large group. Location is excellent, in Flower Mound. A short walk from the lake... And there's a sprawling shopping center around the corner with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Overall, a great Dallas experience.
