Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

10/10 stay and host. Have stayed at multiple other places jn Dallas. This was one of the best. Responsive, clear instructions, location, privacy and accommodating host were the elements that stood out.

We had an amazing two night stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, so thorough and thoughtful. He even texted ahead to let us know the place was ready, that we could check in anytime upon arrival, no questions asked and no need to text for permission. It made everything smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. One must-see is the Farmers Market just down the road, an absolute gem. A huge bonus was the 12 PM check-out time, giving us extra time to catch up on sleep after a late night of Monopoly Deal, so much better than the usual 10 AM rush. Beyond the stay itself, we loved seeing pieces of Jeff’s journey through the photos and artwork in his home, it made the space feel personal and full of stories. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

Absolutely the highest level of customer service! There was a personalized welcome note on the table for us. The house was very clean and well organized. The decor was fantastic! The beds were ACTUALLY comfortable! This was huge for us. Best of all, however, was the beautiful tub in the master bathroom. Best believe that got some usage while we were there. I hope that all our future reservations are as amazing as this one. The location is fantastic as well. We went for Dallas Fan Expo which was at the convention center in Downtown Dallas. It was only a few minutes away.

Wonderful place. Had everything we needed, very close to downtown. Felt like a getaway inside. Having the rooftop and balconies was a plus.

Brittany was checking on us to make sure our arrival and check in was good. The house was so welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and my family felt very safe. I will always stay at her home when I am in the area. I also told my family about her house because we are always traveling. Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic. It’s only about three minutes from downtown Dallas, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment itself is lovely, though be aware that there are quite a few stairs, which can get overwhelming. That said, I have no major complaints—everything was great. The host, Kayli, was very responsive to any questions or concerns, which made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it!

This condo was a perfect find and is very comfortable, quiet and has a feeling like home. The host was very easy to reach and correspond with and very fast to address any concerns. The outside light at the entrance was out and I let them know and they had a repair man there to change the bulbs in a matter of minutes. This is a great find.

One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The inside of the home was extremely clean and in great condition. The property was fully stocked—beyond any other property I’ve visited in the past. There was even a printer to connect to! The location was great, with Frisco being central to multiple areas throughout the DFW. The best part of the experience was the host, Vilena. She was beyond generous and accommodating and frequently checked in on us throughout our stay. She was quick to respond to any questions/concerns that arose and I have 0 complaints. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Would definitely book again!

Staying at this location was a dream! Absolutely incredible space for my wife and I to stay at on our wedding night! The host even surprised us by spreading flower petals on the bed! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive! We will try and stay at this location every time when visiting DFW!

We had a fantastic stay at this gem in the heart of the Bishop Arts District! We loved the home’s stylish, artsy vibe, and every detail felt intentional and full of character. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from amazing restaurants, quirky shops, and local entertainment. It was also centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Dallas, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods and attractions. Our host was wonderful — super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, creative place to stay in Dallas!
