Waterfront vacation rentals in Fort Myers

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

I had a great stay at the condo. The location is great, easy walk to the beach to watch sunsets and don't worry about driving and parking. I loved the decor and panoramic windows. Overall, the condo is very spacious, updated and parking is ample. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back to Naples area.

Even better than we could have imagined, the place and location was so beautiful and well kept! It was set slightly away from the busier part of town, so it was super peaceful. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking, and the rest of the home was stocked with things for the beach which was super helpful including towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and much more! The beach was within steps of our place, same with the lovely pool. The balcony had the best beach view and we got to watch all the gorgeous sunsets. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

The place is in a perfect location the lanai is one of the coolest spots I’ve ever seen. We stayed in the lanai and were in the pool a ton! The communication with the host was some of the best I’ve experienced. The amenities offered were 2nd to none beach towels beach cart, umbrella, coolers everything you need for your beach excursion. It was a great space for me and my wife.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

There were 8 of us for our annual family vacation. (ages from 70 to 16) This home was excellant with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This home was spacious with 5 bedrooms and bonus spaces where you could enjoy get away from the group if needed some private time. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, tropical landscaping with great views of bay. Located on dead end street and walking distance to beach. The screened in pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all.

This place was amazing. Absolutely perfect vacation house for families. So relaxing and peaceful. House is decorated so cute and fully loaded with everything you may need. Kitchen has everything you could think of for cooking great meals. The view is awesome, we had some beautiful sunsets. Lots of time spent in the pool, kayaking and fishing in the backyard. The old school arcade games were a blast for everyone. Our dogs loved being able to come with us. Our golden ended up having an emergency surgery, and there was an amazing vet and vet hospital down the street. I felt like we were so close to everything- The beaches, restaurants, shopping, and Ft Myers. I would 100% stay here again.

This is the second time we've stayed at Kevin's place. It's an awesome house and a great value. The best feature is tbe outdoor living space, with a huge pool, dining area and kitchen. The views from the canal are so peaceful, you'll spend a lot of time outside! Kevin is a superior host and is very accommodating.

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

Maria was an amazing host. She responded to all of my messages immediately. Her home was even more beautiful than the photos. My family was comfortable with all of Maria’s small touches that made us feel home away from home. I highly recommend this property and would be very pleased to stay again.

Lisa's place was exactly as described—clean and convenient. It was 5 minutes to Ft. Myers and 15 minutes to Sanibel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it couldn't have been in a better spot (directly in front of the condo), and Lisa had plenty of pool and beach toys available. Great stay! If I make it down there again, I would definitely stay at Lisa's place.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

We had an incredible week at this beautiful Ft. Myers Beach condo! From the moment we booked, Caihlin was warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful—providing clear check-in instructions, local tips, and even a care package that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the deck while watching dolphins glide by felt like a dream. The beach, just steps away, was private and peaceful—a perfect escape from the crowds. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and weren’t disappointed once. It’s clear Caihlin truly knows and loves this area. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already plotting our return. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

This place absolutely blew us away. The view is incredible; even better than the pictures! The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The home is pretty much fully equipped with appliances which was very helpful! The beach is located steps away and very private, we could’ve stayed at this one beach the whole time and not felt the need to go to another. This place was truly a hidden gem, we will definitely be back.

Luanda was an amazing host, extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond! The home was in immaculate condition, squeaky clean and comfortable, the pictures do it no justice. The home is equipped with everything you need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to all the important kitchen appliances. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing and I love that it’s screened in so that you have zero worries of bugs getting in. I ones it so much and did not want to leave. We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
