Cottage vacation rentals in Fort Lauderdale

We had an amazing time here! We had so many activities planned, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Renata is an amazing host, she is on site and makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the peacocks and adored the peacock decor throughout the property. The price was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks, Renata!

We were impressed by the overall cleanliness and clear instructions. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. Sabrina's place is well located and beach and restaurants were all within walking distance. Friendly neighbors was a plus. We were refugees from the recent cold snap further north and somehow she arranged for great weather to boot ;-)! Heated pool is a plus.....Thanks again for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Flamingo resort, with easy access to both the Intracoastal and ocean. Nice, quiet environment with plenty in the area to keep us busy. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great mini-vacation.

From start to finish our experience was top notch. Very small issues were handled immediately and one large issue, the pool heater stopped and that was resolved as quickly as the owner could get it done. The house is well stocked for guests including beach items and all necessary kitchen equipment one would need. The neighborhood is quiet and within short driving distance to beaches and the Florida experience. We highly recommend this property

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.

The pictures don't do the home any justice! The home is so beautiful and comfortable and peaceful, we didn't want to leave! The house had everything and More that you would need for a comfortable stay like all the dishes and cookware lots of extras and plenty of space. you can cook inside or outside on the grill and your whole family can sit together in the beautiful dining room! the landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Enjoy the pool with floaties and watch the sun set and rise right from the patio! They even provide beach towels to use and plenty of them, also the showers have a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser which is also nice too. thank you all for sharing your beautiful home and thank you Catherine as well for everything! Great communication and going above and beyond for us! We travel to this area every year for our anniversary and will definitely be hoping to book here again!

**Exceptional Stay in a Peaceful Oasis - Highly Recommended!** I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for a 2 days getaway and can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood and close restaurants and charming cafes. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by a clean, thoughtfully decorated space that instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail in every room showed how much the hosts care about their guests' comfort. The bed were cozy, linens fresh, and the modern bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with fluffy towels and essential toiletries. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and serenity.

We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Alfonso’s beautiful cottage. It was quiet, private, peaceful, clean, and overall exceeded our expectations. Alfonso is a great host and responds within minutes. I forgot my daughter’s earring and he allowed me to come back to retrieve it. Very understanding and flexible. The outstanding customer service was highly valued and appreciated. Would definitely recommend this air bnb to others.

Great spot , close to what we planned to do for the 2 days we were there. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Quiet and VERY clean. My wife used the pool area and loved all the outdoor decor. There were a lot of workers around the house but they were nice and respectful. Didn’t get to meet Rick but if we ever come back to the area would book this place again !

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Toni's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Florida for a family memorial, and Toni herself was *extremely* helpful and communicative! The home itself was perfect, the amenities provided were fantastic, the walkability of the neighborhood was amazing, and the lovely outdoor area made me wish I could have orchids growing on trees in Illinois (there's also a GIANT staghorn fern ball hanging outside the back door - my jaw dropped when I saw it). Highly recommend the Riverside Market a few minutes walk from the home (make sure to try the fried chickpeas!) and the pizza spot across the street from there :)

I stayed for a few days while moving my son out of UM. The cottage was very comfortable and Yvette was even amenable to my son staying the last night once the dorm was closed, even though he wasn’t on the initial reservation. It’s a great location if you’re planning to be out and about, walkable to the train, restaurants and grocery stores. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

This was an incredible stay. From the start, Alex was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I initially planned to stay one night but due to a flight cancellation was able to get it extended another night on short notice.. also very accommodating on check out times. I have stayed at 80+ Airbnb’s around the world. This one definitely is in my top five. Many Airbnb’s are lacking in furnishings and basic. Not Alex’s place. I believe it to be a candidate for Architectural Digest.. beautiful and unique furnishings. The place is conveniently located to MIA and nearby sights and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. I definitely plan to return.

Beautiful cottage that was serene and private. Great for a personal getaway or a family. The host, Avi, is very friendly and available. Would stay there again.

Quiet, close to the beach, friendly people!

The Cottage is a great spot to land. It was centrally located, private, and in a quiet neighborhood. I traveled with my two doodles and they loved the fenced front yard. I do want to give the hosts a shout out- they went above and beyond to help me retrieve two packages that I had shipped to The Cottage. They were delivered early, days prior to me checking in, and my host went out of his way (twice) to retrieve my packages from their secure storage and hand them over to me. Anyway, in short, it was a great stay. Highly recommend The Cottage, and the hosting team was lovely. Thanks for a great week!

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay in Coconut Grove! Danielle’s bungalow looks even better than the photos and has a charm about it that you don’t find often. It was super nice to have a private gate and felt secluded from any neighbors. Also, quick walk to a ton of shops, restaurants, and the Ritz Carlton which we got a day pass to the pool. 10/10 would come back, but stay longer next time!
