Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The fully equipped 32m² new apartment (included Balcony) is located on the 1st floor (no lift) and benefits from its quiet yet central location. To make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible, all important everyday items (sheets, towels, hair hair dryer, toilet paper, coffee maker, soap, etc.) are available in the apartment as well as a washing machine and can accommodate 2 people (bed 180x200cm).

The accommodation and the associated garden is much nicer than indicated in the Airbnb description. We found an idyllic place, lovingly maintained and very quiet in the middle of cheerful birdsong. The Mur bike path to Graz is 500 m away and very well passable. Maria's house is the perfect place to visit the city of Graz and to relax. I'd love to come back.

Great value for money. Everything is fine. Also very good parking, only small disadvantage: somewhat noisy street. But in any case, highly recommended.

The apartment consists of the ground floor of an older cottage. This is very original with everything you need for a short stay, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher if you want to eat there. The description and photos give a very good impression. The bed is quite new and very comfortable and above all sufficiently large (1.80 m). The cleanliness is impeccable. Communication with David was just right, we always knew everything we needed. We did not seek advice because we have been to Graz many times, but that would have been possible. Summary: We liked it very much there and will come back, recommended!

Amazing space, wonderfully designed and finished. The appartement has three big rooms (bedroom, living room/ kitchen, bathroom) which are all impeccably designed and maintained. A really beautiful space with everything you need. You also have a private terrace with swimming pool and sauna. Josef is a very friendly and responsive host and helped us with a babybed that we needed for our 3-month-old. The appartment is in an art gallery, so you get to admire the art everytime you walk up the stairs, and there are even some pieces hanging in your own space. In total, a very special space, we are glad to have stayed here. 5 stars, recommended!
