Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen,Pulpit rock,Lysefjorden/-botn,Kjerag,Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet,Gloppedalsura. Short way to Kongeparken,Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and bathing facilities. The house is 400 meters above sea level with ski tracks and trails in the winter. The house is well suited for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Mountain cabin in a quiet area

The cabin is secluded in peaceful surroundings. In the summer you can drive all the way to the cabin, in the winter when there is snow it is 100 meters to walk. Ski slopes right outside the door and sledding hill and proximity to the ski lift. There is large terrace with chairs and table and cozy barbecue area, and you will hear the sound of a small creek running by. For the kids there is a small play hut. Inside the cabin there is a large living room with a fireplace and dining area for the whole family. Lots of good sleeping places in four bedrooms.

The view from the area has to be experienced! During summertime you can put on the mountain shoes and go straight up to Hilleknuten or into the Jogledalen valley. Or get in the car and go to Kjerag, visit the beaches around Suleskar or sit down at the Castle and enjoy the view. The cabin is suitable for families or other adults who want one quiet stay without a party
