This cozy and well-equipped cabin is located in a peaceful and sheltered location - with the fjord in front of you and the mountains behind you. Here you can start the day with coffee on the jetty, fish from your own quay and finish with silence, fresh air and magnificent nature. This cabin is suitable for couples or friends who love to walk in the mountains, you who want peace, inspiration and great nature. Here you get a breathing space - a place to relax and just be.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

There is a 2 km long trail around the island, play ground for children, swimming spots, Frisbee golf course and toilets.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
