In the bathroom there is a washing machine and the drying rack you will find in one of the closets. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

This house is perfect located on your way to the Pulpit Rock (4 km to the starting trek). Close to our other famous nature attractions, as the Kjerag Rock and Lysefjorden cruise. Here is several other hikes in our near by mountains and spectacular nature and viewpoints. The house has good Wi-Fi based on fibre-optic cable. Jørpelandsholmen recreation area. There is a 2 km long trail around the island, play ground for children, swimming spots, Frisbee golf course and toilets.
