If there is interest in alpine skiing, it's about a hour to sauda and 2.5 hours to Røldal.

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

Lots of hiking nearby, associated beach with good swimming possibilities, and animals on the farm. In the winter you can enjoy beautifully snow-capped mountain sides, and use ski slopes just nearby when there is snow.

The cabin is centrally located whether you want to spend your days shopping, fishing or going for fantastic mountain hikes such as Pulpit Rock, Kjerag and Flørlitrappene. There are also many other marked hiking trails nearby such as Uburen, Hatten, Hesten, Skjerajuvet etc. Beach, Forsand with shop, Landa ancient village just nearby.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The cottage is quiet and idyllic located, about 35 minutes from the city, a great starting point for trips in the area, at sea, on foot or by bike. It is located in scenic surroundings with stunning panoramic views and a short way to the beach. You have to walk about 100m in terrain from the parking lot. ( Some may find it steep.) You also get access to the boathouse with a small living room and private beach. Motor boat and 2kajaks. The beautiful photos in the cabin are for sale.
