Charming rustic cottage for holidays surrounded by nature, in a quiet and sunny area. The cottage consists of two floors. On the ground floor, a small entrance hall, double bedroom with the possibility of adding a folding bed, and cellar. Stairs to go up to the upper floor where there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, large living room with sofa bed, fireplace, open kitchen with dishwasher. Opening onto a large terrace with table and grill and lounge sofa. Private parking 50 m away.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
