The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

The spaces are different from those we are used to, the ceilings are low, the stairs are narrow and steep. The rooms struggle to warm up. But the charm is unique.
